"LIFEMANSHIP" SEMINAR®The purpose of the Lifemanship seminar is to help you develop the key factor of success at any age: an attitude supportive of self-realization. Only then can you truly set off down the right career path. This course teaches you how to make a Life Plan, write a top-performance résumé (CV), search job opportunities intelligently, ace an interview and negotiate your new (improved) salary. To do that, you will first have to learn the arts of introspection, building rapport, listening, and communicating. "An education isn't how much you have committed to memory, or even how much you know. It's being able to differentiate between what you do know and what you don't."
Anatole France Our program and entertaining handbook are designed to be used in conjunction with individual career coaching or counseling, or in a seminar on career development, by both the explorers and their professional guides. The steps of the Lifemanship program are:1. Co-Assessment : Who am I and what do I have to offer? 2. Benchmarking Career & Life goals: Where do I want to take my life? 3. Environment: What are the possibilities available to me in my chosen environment? 4. Identifying Your Own ( real ) Objectives and the Employer's: How do I earn an Oscar for the home movies running in my head? What is the potential employer saying when he says what he says? 5. Writing: Am I conveying the best of me in the most effective way in writing for the right purpose? 6. Intelligent Showmanship: Am I willing to learn from the right critics? The Lifemanship program will help you discover your inner purpose, raise your self-confidence and motivate you to show yourself in the best light for targeted audiences of potential empoyers or clients. There will be enormous beneficial lateral transfer to other aspects of life in family, social and health areas. Seminar length: This seminar can be adjusted to run 2 to 10 days Target attendance: professional adults, MBA candidates, active retirees; this module may be adapted to special interest groups, outplacement, and young adults, for instance.
