Elisabeth Meier-Abplanalp

is a bilingual Swiss (German, English) with more than twenty years of professional experience as a transpersonal psychologist, consultant and teacher, focusing on global integrative cooperation in Switzerland. She offers:

• Integrative psychotherapy and crisis intervention
• Personal development coaching
• Health & nutrition consulting, lecturing, seminar facilitation
• Specialized event development and implementation

Her current professional priorities and expertise are in:

• Writing, lecturing and consulting on food, nutrition and health
• Coordinating interdisciplinary approaches and political activities aimed at bringing about paradigm shifts in a challenging world
• Global research and development on cutting-edge scientific tools and spiritual outlooks to enhance integral approaches in business and personal life

She holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin in African languages and literature, completed all course work in psychology at the University of Fribourg and did internships in psychosomatic medicine at the University clinic (under Prof. Adler) in Bern, and psychiatry at the Psychiatric University clinic in Bern (under Dr. Brenner/Ms. Rhi). She is certified in various fields of holistic healing and meditation practices. She trained in Jungian Psychology, dream analysis and astrology.

Starting as a successful psychotherapist and seminar developer, she explored a wide range of cultures, religions and philosophies, became an active global networker, is now active in coordinating cooperation in health, nutrition and food production and works within the pioneering new fields of medicine. She is training as a NES (Nutri-Energetics Systems) practitioner in energy medicine and ‘walks her talk’ in these troubling times.

In addition to managing her own business for sustainable and eco-friendly products, she is politically active, coordinates a senior woman’ group, writes poetry and prose, and loves to cook.
