Through successful market research consulting for a Fortune 100 company in the FMCG sector and with an international transition management company, Margot developed Integral Perspectives Methodology (IPM™) aimed at helping corporations identify people’s higher order needs--internally with employees and externally with consumers. Consequently, IPM presents a unique way of integrating spirituality into business and human development. This new approach helps to align corporate strategy with customers' higher needs. On an individual level Margot has a part time practice in Integral Psychology, an approach that leads to a more meaningful and fulfilling existence for her clients; on a corporate level, she uses IPM and IDI to help companies with goals such as profit and productivity. By nourishing consumers’ higher needs, the corporation's own collective consciousness is raised leading to sustainable and responsible action and projected onto society at large, it results in greater consumer satisfaction and loyalty. IPM works with higher order universal values and is therefore valid for long-range, long-term and cross-cultural application. Margot holds a Masters Degree in Humanistic Psychology from Durham University, UK, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Business from American University in Paris. She completed her personal development training in 1986 and masters a wide range of psychological techniques. She is accredited with EUROTAS (European), AFP-ACP (France) and the Association of Humanistic Psychology (USA). Margot is a dedicated practitioner of meditation, yoga, and other consciousness raising techniques. An avid writer, she loves to experiment with international cuisine and travel. “Aligning business strategy with our highest values and potential”
