Rebecca Castleton

is an American independent consultant based in Barcelona. With a Master’s in Organizational Development and over 25 years of professional experience, Rebecca specializes in:

Rebecca works with individuals, teams, corporations, students, and brands to help them clarify who they are, what they want to be, and how to get there. Her clients span business, academia, and non-profit organizations.

Her recent projects include a year-long change management process at Michelin where she worked with the CIO and his IT team in four countries; courses in presentation skills for the students from 23 countries in the MPA program at Sciences Politiques; and individual clients in France, England, the US and the Netherlands.

Her focus is multi-cultural and personal, with an emphasis on personal insight
and creating an action plan for change.

Rebecca’s business experience includes positions as Associate Director of Verbal Branding at Landor Associates, the premier branding, naming, and design firm with 27 offices worldwide, and Senior Consultant with Lee Hecht Harrison – the world’s third largest career management and executive coaching firm with international offices in over 25 countries.

Her experience in Academia began 15 years ago when she designed and taught courses at the University of California.  Now, she continues to create and lead courses at Sciences Politiques in Paris, for their newly formed Master’s in Public Policy.

A certified professional with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator for over 20 years, Rebecca has used the MBTI with hundreds of individuals and corporations to help individuals and work teams understand and accept their unique differences and to build a framework to strengthen relationships, increase team effectiveness, develop leadership skills, deal with conflict, manage diversity and to successfully handle change.

Rebecca’s client list includes Michelin, FCI, Sciences Politiques, Hewlett Packard,
Federal Express, British Midland Airlines, Microsoft, AT&T, Astra Pharmaceutical,
IBM, the University of California, BP, Nissan, and Visa.
