Robert "Robbie" Steinhouse

is a British entrepreneur, coach, consultant and trainer with over ten years' experience, including five years at senior executive level. As the director of The Coaching Consultancy and NLP School Ltd, his areas of expertise include:

He has worked with large organisations as well as entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses to determine their strategic direction and vision for their businesses. He provides coaching to senior managers and directors on personal impact, leadership and business planning. He has coached clients in the financial and professional services arena experiencing major change, and has a strong track record coaching in the area of sales.

As a complement to his coaching activities, Robert designs and runs seminar programmes in career development, leadership, business operations, management, sales, coaching culture and interpersonal skills.

Known for his broad expertise and outstanding interpersonal skills, and appreciated for his easy-going, down to earth, concise and humorous presentations, Robert is a frequent lecturer. He has enriched the standard NLP training course with state-of-the-art techniques such as Clean Language as well as an introduction to Ericksonian hypnosis and various meditation techniques.

Personally, he is an enthusiastic traveller, well versed in the hospitality and culinary cultures of all countries he visits.
